This issue of the Global Studies Literature Review (GSLR) expounds upon the NAFSA 2024 Annual Conference & Expo theme and focuses on "Recentering, Reprioritizing, and Reengaging a Sense of Community in International Education," with pieces authored by a wide variety of voices—faculty members, graduate students, independent researchers, and international education professionals.

This topic provides a space for international educators to broadly consider how we place community at the center of our rebuilding efforts as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic. Community is envisioned here as broad, deep, rich, and multifaceted, permitting all international educators to critically question where, how, and with whom we engage.
