Registration closes the night before the event on Monday, September 9th at 11:59 PM ET.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for nonmembers must be made in writing to our International Enrollment Management form no later than 2 weeks before the live start date of the event. There is a $15 cancellation fee if the cancellation request is received in writing at least 2 weeks before the live start date of the event. No refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is made less than 2 weeks before the live started date of the event, unless the event is cancelled by NAFSA. If the event is cancelled by NAFSA, full refunds will be issued.
Refunds minus the cancellation fee, if approved, will be processed 2 to 4 weeks after the live event ends. If payment is made by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card account; otherwise, a refund check will be issued.
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that the technology, including online conference platforms, properly works on the computer/device that will be used to attend the live event. Refunds will not be issued for technical, or connectivity issues experienced by participants.
