The 2025 Iowa International Education Conference will be hosted at Grand View University in Des Moines on Friday, March 28th from 9 AM to 3 PM. The conference is for professionals working in all areas of international education to learn updates in the field, share best practices and experiences, and network with colleagues. Sessions will include the areas of International Recruitment, Enrollment Management, Leadership, International Student and Scholar Services, Advancement and Alumni, Study Abroad, Teaching, Learning, and Scholarship. SEVIS, and general sessions. Session schedule information will be sent to registrants prior to the start of the conference.

Registration: Registration will open on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Early bird registration ends on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Regular registration ends the night before the event on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Onsite registration will be available via credit card.
Registration Rates
From January 2 through March 15, 2025, the early bird registration fees are as follows:
$60 for NAFSA members
$44 for NAFSA student members
$44 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
$80 for nonmembers
From March 16 to March 27, 2025, the regular registration fees are as follows:
$67.50 for NAFSA members
$50 for NAFSA student members
$50 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
$90 for nonmembers
Onsite Registration is $100.
