The 2026 Louisiana State Meeting will be hosted on Thursday, April 9 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CT. It is for professionals working in the international education field to learn updates in the field, share best practices and experiences, and network with colleagues. Session schedule information and link access information will be sent to registrants one day prior to the start of the conference.

Through April 3, the registration fees are as follows:

- $52 for NAFSA student members
- $52 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
- $95 for nonmembers
