2026 NAFSA Region III Texas State Meeting

The 2026 Texas State Meeting will be hosted on Friday, March 27 from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CT at Sam Houston State University. It is for professionals working in the international education field to learn updates in the field, share best practices and experiences, and network with colleagues. Session schedule and parking information will be sent prior to the start of the conference.

 Registration: Registration will open on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 8AM CT. Early bird registration ends on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 11:59PM CT. Regular registration will be open online through the day of the event.

Registration Rates
Through February 27, the early bird registration fees are as follows:

• $85 for NAFSA members
• $63 for NAFSA student members
• $63 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
• $115 for nonmembers

From February 27 through March 26, the regular registration fees are as follows:

• $93 for NAFSA members
• $68 for NAFSA student members
• $68 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
• $125 for nonmembers

On March 27, the onsite registration fees are as follows:

• $105 for NAFSA members
• $77 for NAFSA student members
• $77 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
• $140 for nonmembers
