The NAFSA 2026 Indiana State Conference will be hosted on Wednesday, July 22nd from 9am-4:30pm EST with check-in beginning at 8:30am. It will take place in the Rinker Center for Global Affairs at Ball State University in the Student Center room 102. This event is for professionals working in international education who wish to learn about updates in the field, share best practices and experiences, and network with colleagues. A detailed schedule of events will be sent to registrants prior to the conference.
Parking on campus is $9 for the day and can be purchased the day of at the Parking Office (Student Center room 240) or through the online portal using the guest login option: https://bsuparking.t2hosted.com/cmn/auth_ext.aspx

Registration: Registration will open Friday, June 5 at 7am ET. Registration ends the night before the event on Tuesday, July 21 at 11:59pm ET. Onsite registration will not be available.

From June 5 through July 21, the registration fees are as follows:
- $37.50 for NAFSA members
- $27.50 for NAFSA student members
- $27.50 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
- $50 for nonmembers
