The 2026 Region X Downstate Conference will be hosted on Tuesday, June 23rd from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm ET at New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, New Jersey. This conference is for professionals working in the international education field to learn updates in the field, share best practices and experiences, and network with colleagues. Session schedule information will be sent to registrants one week prior to the start of the conference.

Registration: Registration will open Wednesday, May 6, at 9:00 am ET. Regular registration ends the night before the event on Monday, June 22. Onsite registration will not be available.
Registration Rates
From May 6 through June 22, the regular registration fees are as follows:
- $36 for NAFSA members
- $26 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
- $49 for nonmembers
