The NAFSA Region X Upstate New York Meeting will be hosted on Thursday, June 25, 2026 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, with an optional Happy Hour on campus from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This meeting is designed for professionals working in international education to receive updates on the field, engage in case discussions, share best practices and experiences, and network with colleagues across the region. Additional details, including the session schedule, location, parking information, and materials, will be sent to registrants prior to the meeting.

Registration: Registration will open Wednesday, May 6, at 9:00 am ET. Regular registration ends the night before the event on Wednesday, June 24. Onsite registration will not be available.

Registration Rates
From May 6 through June 24, the regular registration fees are as follows:

• $49 for NAFSA members
• $35 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
• $65 for nonmembers
